WH Flats is a new, luxury apartment community in south Lincoln, Nebraska.

Connectivity is important. We designed WH Flats to provide connectivity both to the city you call home and to your friends and loved ones. Our location allows quick connectivity to major Lincoln transportation routes, recreational activities like the Lincoln trail system, and shopping in south Lincoln.
But the connectivity extends much further than that. We've designed our amenity spaces to promote human connectivity, as well.
